一种水溶性电接触润滑保护剂的研制

研发了一种新型环保的SF1007水溶性电接触润滑保护剂,由脂肪醇、植酸和天然磷脂等物质复配而成,通过化学键和氢键及电荷作用在电接触元器件表面形成致密的多分子层保护膜,提供润滑功能的同时保护元器件免受腐蚀。实验结果表明,SF1007可显著提高电接触元器件的耐插拔性和耐蚀性,延长使用寿命,并且SF1007不会影响电接触元器件的导电性。

Development of A New Type Water-soluble Electrical Contact Protective Lubricant

An environment-friendly water-soluble electrical contact protective lubricant named as SF1007,which mainly composed by fatty alcohol,phytic acid and natural phosphatide was developed.By the use of SF1007,a lubricant polymolecular layer film was formed on the surface of electrical contact components by chemical bond,hydrogen bond and electrostatic force,and could provide an excellent lubrication property as well as corrosion resistant performance.The test results showed that SF1007 lubricant could significantly enhance the wear and corrosion resistance of electrical contact components,prolong their service lives,and keep the electrical conductivity unchanged.
