磁电阻薄膜材料噪声研究进展

摘    要:磁电阻薄膜材料中的噪声表现出1/f特征,1/f噪声深刻地反映着介观系统内部的输运机制和磁序转变过程。系统总结了磁电阻薄膜中的1/f噪声理论,指出1/f噪声可分为磁1/f噪声和电1/f噪声,前者是1/f噪声的主要部分。1/f噪声与磁电阻薄膜的制备方式、内部缺陷、磁畴分布、体系结构和界面因素都有密切关系。改善界面结构和提高磁畴的稳定性可以改善1/f噪声。1/f噪声在检测器件稳定性和表征磁化转变过程方面有着非常重要的实际应用。

Abstract:The noise in magnetoresistance films shows 1/f dependence which reflects carriers transport mechanism and magnetic transform process.The theories of 1/f noise in magnetoresistance films are summarized and analyzed,which consists of electric and magnetic 1/f noise,the latter being the major part.The 1/f noise in magnetoresistance films is related to the preparation methods,defeats,magnetic domain status,inner structure and layer status.It can be reduced with improving layer structure or increasing the stabilization of magnetic domains.The 1/f noise can find applications in detecting the stability of films and characterizing the process of magnetization reversal.
