| 摘 要： | 企业技术创新能力的强弱,决定地区经济的发展能力.而管理者对本地区企业创新能力能否作出正确的评价关系到地区经济的成败.设计了大中型企业技术创新能力的评价指标体系及评价方法,以便管理者能够对技术创新能力作出正确的评价.

It decides the success or failure of regional economy if governors have a right evaluation on their regional enterprise. Designs evaluation index system and method of technological innovation ability for large-middle size industrial enterprise. It makes governors have a right evaluation on technological innovation ability of their regional enterprise. |
