摘    要:对高效自吸气叶轮在长搅拌罐高位处向下喷射气液流的现象进行了实验研究。实验发现,搅拌器混合时间大大缩短,罐内传质均匀,叶轮兼具径流式和轴流式叶轮的优点。和十二叶Rush-ton透平及它在低位时的情况相比,比传质系数在1170~1750r/min范围内是十二叶Rushton透平的1.97~2.74倍,是它在低位时的1.33~2.08倍。利用三维气泡运动方程分析了气泡的运动轨迹及下沉深度,计算结果和实验观测值基本相符。

Abstract:An investigation was made on a long cylindrical mixer tank in which the self air suction impeller was positioned near the liquid surface and the output fluid from the impeller blade exits was directed downward by four reflecting vanes mounted on the impeller.It was found from the experiment that the mixing time was greatly shortened and the mass transfer coefficient in the mixer tank more evenly distributed. The impeller possessed the advantages of both the radial and axial flow impellers.The specific mass transfer of this enhanced binary duct impeller in the 1170-1750 r/min range when it is at high position is 1.97 ̄2.74 times of the twelve blade Rushton turbine and 1.33 ̄2.08 times that obtained when it is at low position.The air bubble locus in three dimensional space and the depth attained was traced and calculated by numerical method of solving a non linear differential momentum equation.
