烟气残余旋转与烟道能量分布规律研究

摘    要:通过对实际锅炉烟道烟气残余旋转流场的测量及大型切圆燃烧锅炉前、后屏过热器的布置特点分析,研究了切圆燃烧锅炉水平烟道烟气能量的分布规律。研究结果表明:烟道烟气能量分布呈现特有的不平衡规律,且容量超过300MW机组等级的大型切圆燃烧锅炉基本都是如此。

Abstract:Through measuring residual swhirling flow field in the flue duct of a real boiler, and analysing layout features of front and back platen supe-heaters in large-scale tangential firing boilers, the flue gas energy distribution regularity in horizontal flue duct of tangential firing boilers has beenstudied. Resits of study show that the flue gas energy distribution in the flue duct to appear in peculiar unbalanced regularity, the units with capacityover 300MW and large-scale tangential firing boilers are basically in this way.
