BTCA与丝胶对棉织物的改性工艺研究

摘    要:研究了丝胶对棉织物的改性.在高温条件下,利用丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)使丝胶附着在棉织物表面.通过单因素实验,探讨了丝胶、BTCA、催化剂及三乙醇胺用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间等工艺条件对丝胶改性后棉织物白度及抗皱性能的影响.

Abstract:The modification of cotton fabrics with sericin was studied.Sericin and butanetetracarboxylic acid(BTCA) were used to bind sericin on cotton fabric surfaces at high temp.The influences of the process conditions such as sericin,BTCA,catalyst and triethanolamine concns.,baking temp.and time on the whiteness and anti-wrinkle properties of the cotton fabrics after the sericin modification were researched by the way of single factor expts.
