| Abstract: | Transient analysis of measured values of insulation resistance of capacitors with and without precharging is made, dependences of the measured values under obove-mentioned two initial conditions on internal resistance of the instrument and intrinsic characteristics of the capacitors are deduced quantitatively.Obtained results provide basis for analyzing the measured values and formulating criteria. |
