| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the various talents' demands from software outsourcing sector in China.It introduces a unique practice teaching system for education software outsourcing talents at Institute of Service Engineering;it expatiate on the innovation of practice and teaching,how to improve students' creative and practice ability,emphasize the interactive IT industry,how to improve students' professionalism.It is an exploration on how to educate qualified talents for software outsourcing sector in China. |
