摘    要:以电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定高钛渣铁中Mn,P,V。试验了基体和共存元素干扰情况,优选了元素分析谱线和仪器参数;采用同步背景校正、K系数校正以及基体匹配相结合的方法来消除基体、共存元素的干扰和试液进样雾化的物理化学因素影响。试样分析结果与常规化学法分析结果对照一致。

Abstract:A method for the determination of manganese, phosphorus and vanadium in iron slag with high content titanium without separation by ICP-AES was established.The interferences of matrix effect and coexisting ions were tested and eliminated by simultanous background correction and K correction faCtor. The physical and chemical effect caused by sample were corrected by matrix match. The analytical spectral lines and optimal instrument working conditions were selected. The method has been applied to the determination of Mn, P and V in iron slag with high content titanium samples, and the results obtained are in good agreement with those ones achieved by other chemical methods.
