| 摘 要： | 本文应用X-衍射法、核磁共振法、红外吸收光谱法,贝克线法,分别对自动缫和立缫生丝及其丝素聚集态结构的结晶度、取向度,进行了定性定量研究,结果表明:自动缫丝和立缫丝之间的聚集态结构存在差异,自动缫生丝结晶度大于立缫生丝结晶度;自动缫丝素结晶度略大于立缫丝素结晶度;自动缫生丝及其丝素的取向度分别高于立缫生丝及其丝素的取向度。不同测定方法的结果具有一致性与可靠性。

| Abstract: | A qualitative and quantitative study on the crystallinity and orientation of aggregated structure of raw silk and fibroin of automatic reeling and multi-end reeling is conducted by means of X-ray diffraction analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance technique, infrared absorption spectroscopy and Bekk's line. It is shown that there are some differences between aggregated structure of automatic reeling silk and that of multi-end reeling silk; the crystallinity of automatic reeling raw silk is higher than that of multi-end reeling raw silk; the crystallinity of automatic reeling fibroin is sligtly higher than that of multi-end reeling fibroin; the orientation of automatic reeling raw silk and fibroin is higher than that of multi-end reeling raw silk and fibroin. The results obtained by different methods possess good identity and reliability. |
