美国绿色空间思想的分析与思考

Pondering over the Green Space Thought in America

Green space is of great value to ecology, landscape andculture. It is important component of city planning and national eco-logical construction. America is source of modern urban greens, andalso typical representative on world green space construction. Its corethinking is: respecting and protecting natural environment, advocat-ing natural character of landscape, paying attention to regional ecol-ogy and realizing sustainable development. This paper reveals the es-sential features of American green space as: strong green spacementality, early awakening of protecting nature, and combining ad-vanced thinking with practice. Today, park has become basic elementof urban construction in world; Natural park has been developed intoglobal nature protection; Concept of green space becomes criteria forworld ecology construction. This paper also brings forward the line ofthinking on developing domestic green space.
