| 摘 要： | 针对传统大量生产方式的弊端，将精益生产的哲理应用于减振器焊接生产单元中，紧紧围绕消除生产中的各种“浪费”现象这一主题，通过改进单元布局、生产的组织方式和物流方式，达到减少生产占地面积、降低在制品库存量、提高生产效率，避免非工艺原因导致的产品缺陷。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the disadvantage of traditional mass production mode,the idea of lean production is used in the welding production cell layout of shock absorber.A topic that eliminates the various waste phenomena in production is closely focused.Through the improvement of cell layout,production organization and material flow ways,it is inevitable to reach to reducing production floor space,lowering work-in-process inventories,improving efficiency and avoiding the defects that non-process bring on. |
