轴承钢的室温尺寸稳定性研究

摘    要:经过理论推导,结合实验数据得到GCr15轴承钢室温时效过程中的尺寸变化公式。利用C++语言编制了轴承钢室温时效过程尺寸变化的可视化预报模型。根据模型模拟结果表明,影响轴承钢硬化层尺寸稳定性的主要因素是残余奥氏体的含量和回火温度以及回火时间。残余奥氏体含量越低,回火越充分,则相应的试件的尺寸稳定性越好。因此控制残余奥氏体的含量,提高回火温度,延长回火时间,使不稳定的马氏体尽量发生分解,是保证轴承钢材料尺寸稳定性的主要措施。

Abstract:Based on theory deduction and experimental data, the dimension changing formula of GCr15 bearing steel at room temperature was established. The visualization prediction model was obtained by C++ program. The results showed that the main factors, which affected dimension changing of GCr15, included residual austenite content, tempering temperature and tempering time. The lower the residual austenite content and the more sufficient tempering treatment, the better its dimension stability of bearing steel. Therefore, the main measures of keeping dimension stability of bearing steel were to lower residual austenite content, increase tempering temperature and prolong tempering time.
