摘    要:建立以方案总投资费用贴现值和平均网损功率期望值为目标函数的多目标动态电网规划的标准期望值模型。在应用随机变量的标准差对支路潮流过负荷风险进行控制的基础上,进一步提出了计入标准差的期望值规划模型。采用随机直流潮流实现了各随机变量的相关计算。采用SPEA (strength pareto evolutionary algorithm)对所提模型进行了求解,针对SPEA应用于动态电网规划问题中的种群初始化冗余问题和具体的进化操作实现2个环节进行了重点探讨。以18节点系统为算例验证了所提方法对过负荷风险评估和控制的效果。

Abstract:A standard expected value model for multi-objective dynamic transmission expansion planning was presented with two objective functions, the discounted present value of the investment cost and the average expected value of branch power loss. Furthermore, an improved expected value model with the standard deviation involved was presented as well, by means of which risk of branch overloading caused by uncertainties could be effectively controlled. Meanwhile, the stochastic DC power flow was adopted to achieve calculations for stochastic variables. Strength pareto evolutionary algorithm (SPEA) was adopted as the solving algorithm and improved with respect to the population initialization and evolutionary operators. Practical sample of the 18-bus system shows the effectiveness of the proposed approach in risk assessment and control.
