| 摘 要： | 酶制剂在制革工业中的应用日益广泛。本文较为系统地介绍了酶制剂在制革浸水、脱脂、脱毛、局部处理、浸灰、复灰、软化以及基于酶制剂的制革前处理。展望了酶制剂在制革工业中进一步应用的广阔前景，指出制革工业发展的趋势是生物制革。

| Abstract: | The applications of enzyme preparation in leather industry are becoming increasingly widespread. In this paper, the application of enzyme preparation in leather-making, such as, soaking, degreasing, unhairing, partial treatment, liming, reliming, bating and wet process based on biologic enzymes were introduced systematically. The vast prospects of the further applications of the enzyme preparation in leather industry were described, and the developmental tendency of leather industry is biologically leather-making. |
