基于模糊规则的低轨卫星信道自适应估计算法

摘    要:低轨卫星通信功率控制需要有对信道增益及时的估计,而由于低轨系统链路增益的时变特性使传统的信道估计方法性能受到限制.基于模糊滤波理论,提出一种在功率控制中使用的自适应LMS信道估计算法,根据分析模型和经验数据建立信道增益及其滑动均值大小的模糊集,利用LMS算法调整模糊隶属函数的参数,使算法具有对信道时变特性一定的适应性.仿真结果表明了算法的有效性.

Abstract:The opportune estimation of channel gain in low earth orbit (LEO) communication is significant for successful power control, but the time-varying characteristic of LEO satellite communication channel degrades the performance of conventional method. Based on fuzzy filter theory, a novel adaptive least mean square (LMS) algorithm of channel estimation for power control is proposed. Based on analysis model and human experiences, the algorithm builds many fuzzy sets over the space of channel gain value and its moving mean value, then adjusts the parameters of the member functions of the fuzzy sets with LMS principle, so adapts itself to the time-varying characteristics of satellite channel. The result of simulation validate the efficiency of the algorithm.
