新型双作用变量叶片泵功率特性仿真分析

摘    要:考虑实际汽车转向系统中助力泵的输出流量高于实际需求的流量,增加了泵的功率损失,降低了汽车的整体效率的问题,提出了一种在专利技术基础上的、含有浮动块的新型双作用变量叶片泵,该泵应用在汽车转向助力泵等工况。同时建立汽车液压助力转向系统的M atlab S imu link仿真模型,对转向泵选择不同的参数进行仿真,并对仿真的功率输出结果进行对比和分析。仿真结果表明该泵的功率输出明显降低,是一种较有应用前景的新型叶片泵。

Abstract:To take account of the practical difficulties for an automotive hydraulic power steering that the flow of output is greater than the actual demand in the system,the power is lost very much.Based on the study of the patent,a new variable displacement of double-action vane pump was put forward,which consists of a floating block.The pump belongs to an automotive hydraulic power steering system.The mathematic model was presented and the simulation of power with the pump was performed.Different parameters of pump were selected in simulating programming.The results show that the pump with the floating block can provide greater power characteristic ability and prosperous utilization is expected.
