摘    要:螺柱钉头具有方向性,因而实际生产过程中多采用人工送钉的方法.但是人工送钉不仅效率低,而且还会增加劳动成本.为了能够解决实际生产中人工送钉产生的问题,在针对实际焊接所需螺柱钉头研究的基础上,设计一套全自动螺柱钉头送钉装置.此送钉装置由四部分机构组成,分别对钉头进行筛选、过渡、分离与送钉,这样可使钉头不需人工操作就能准确地送入到焊枪当中.实验结果表明,此送钉装置不仅可以有效地解决人工送钉所产生的问题,而且还可以保证焊接质量,提高生产效率.

Abstract:Because the stud nailhead has the directionality, the manual nailhead sending method is always used in the actual production process. However, the manual nailhead sending method not only exhibits low efficiency, but also increases the labor cost. In order to solve the problem caused by manual nailhead sending in the actual production process, a full automatic nailhead sending device for the stud nailheads was designed based on the study on the requirement of stud nailheads in the actual welding. The designed nailhead sending device is composed of four mechanisms which will perform the riddling, transferring, separating and sending processes of nailheads, respectively. Therefore, the nailheads can be accurately sent into the torch without the manual operation. The results show that the designed nailhead sending device can not only solve the problem caused by the manual nailhead sending, but also guarantee the welding quality and improve the production efficiency. 
