摘    要:使用示差扫描量热仪(DSC),详细研究了各种操作条件对测定聚乙烯压力管用料的图谱特点和差别,发现最佳测试条件为:样品切成整块薄圆饼状、样品用量为6mg、升温速率为5℃/min、样品无需退火处理。还测定了聚乙烯压力管专用料中分别掺入不同比例的HDPE、LLDPE、LDPE时DSC谱的熔融峰温、半峰宽和结晶度变化情况。

Abstract:The Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) spectrum characteristics and differences of polyethylene pressure pipeline were studied in details under a series of operating conditions. Experimental results showed that the optimal operating conditions were as follows:DSC test samples were cut into a whole thin circular pie with content of 6 mg;rate of temperature elevation was 5℃/min,no annealing was needed for samples.
