| Abstract: | The dielectric constants of Pb3 (PO4)2 | Pb3 (AsO4)2 at room temperature are intrinsic and fulfill the Lyddane - Teller - Sachs relation. At higher temperatures the specific conductivity increases with an activation energy of 0.56 eV leading to Maxwell - Wagner polarization effects thereby increasing the effective dielectric constant. Corresponding peaks in ∈' (T) are extrinsic and not attributed to structural phase transformations. |
