| 摘 要： | 本文对LL0220AAPE进行其混改性研究。通过共混挤出、切粒等工序，然后在拉伸机和冲击试验机上进行了拉伸强度和冲击强度的性能测试。利用扫描电镜（SEM）对共混物断口的形貌进行了观测，分析了断口的微观结构与宏观上的力学性能之间的关系。通过对差示扫描量热法（DSC）曲线的研究，分析了二者的相容性，进而进行了共混体系微观的研究。本实验采用三因素四水平的正交试验法得出了最佳配比。

| Abstract: | This article researched blending deformation of PE, typed LL0220AA, by means of work procedure listed blending, cutting gains and so on. Preparation tensile strength and impact strength was tested on tensile machine and impact testing machine. Using SEM rupture' s shape can be observed. Analyzed the relation between rupture microstructure and macro mechanic property, and observed rupture' s shape with SEM. By studying their DSC curve, miscibility was analyzed. Hence go into mixture' s microstructure was studied. This experiment carried out a three-factored, four-leveled perpendicularity test,which educed prime proportioning. |
