核桃多酚化学及生物活性研究进展

摘    要:核桃中的多酚类化合物主要为酚酸和缩合单宁类,是其重要的功效成分之一。近年来大量研究报道核桃多酚具有多种生物活性,如抗氧化、神经保护、降血脂、降血糖、抗癌、抑菌和抗病毒等,具有重要的开发和应用价值。本文综述近几年国内外对核桃多酚化学和生物活性的研究进展,以期为进一步开发利用核桃多酚提供理论依据。

Abstract:Polyphenols is one of the most important functional components in walnut,mainly include phenolic acids and condensed tannins. A variety of biological activities of walnut polyphenols have been reported in recent studies,such as antioxidant,neuroprotective,hypolipidemic,hypoglycemic,anticancer,antibacterial and antiviral activities. These activities have a great prospect in development and application. The chemistry and biological activities of walnut polyphenols were summarized in this review,which may provide a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of walnut polyphenols.
