中国食品安全的国际共治维度

由于食品贸易的全球化趋势、食品安全已成为全球共同关注的焦点,以及树立中国食品行业的国际安全信誉等原因,国际共治已经成为当前中国食品安全保证的共识。然而,当前中国食品安全国际共治要想顺利推进还面临着不存在相应的国际共治机制、国际食品安全标准不统一以及政企合作尚待改善等一系列问题的挑战。因此,有必要借鉴中国现行环境司法"三审合一"机制形成的成熟推进模式,通过建立国际食品安全共治组织、积极推进国际食品安全标准的统一化和通过政企密切合作确保进出口食品安全等针对性措施,促进中国食品安全国际共治的顺利实现,进而推进国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化。
