《割草机电机隔振垫的优化设计》

摘    要:对一款家用割草机的动态及噪声特性进行了测试分析,并利用有限元法和边界元法建立割草机的结构振动和声学模型。针对电机的不平衡引起的割草机机壳振动的辐射噪声这一主要噪声源,采用隔振垫隔离电机振动的方法,提出以隔振垫的刚度和阻尼为优化设计变量,机壳各点平均法向位移响应为目标函数,对隔振垫进行优化。对优化后的结果进行噪声分析,噪声明显下降。

Abstract:Dynamic and acoustic characteristic of a certain mower were tested and analyzed in this paper ,and the corresponding model of mower were made by usingthe finite element and boundary element methods. Vibration isolator to connect motor with mower to reduce radiation noise was adopted . In the optimization design ofvibration isolator,stiffiness and damping were used as variablesand average displacement of mower was used as object function.And the result shows that thenoise is reduced effectively.
