摘    要:以TDA-1为相转移催化剂,碳酸氢钠/氯化钾体系为碱性介质,就对羟基苯甲醛与1-溴-2,3,4,6-O-四乙酰基--αD-吡喃葡萄糖的糖苷化反应条件进行了探讨,着重考察了反应时间、反应温度和催化剂用量对-βD-甲乙酰基葡萄糖对甲酰苯基苷合成收率的影响;并利用硼酸/哌啶/二甘醇二乙醚催化体系,通过-βD-四乙酰基葡萄糖对甲酰苯基苷与2,4-二羟基苯乙酮的羟醛缩合反应,对异甘草苷的合成工艺进行了研究,其结果经红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确证,总收率为27%。

Abstract:A facile method for the synthesis of 4-(2,3,4,6-tetraacetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl) benzaldehyde from p-hydroxy benzaldehyde and 1-bromo-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranose in NaHCO_3/KCl alkaline solutions in presence of the phase transfer catalyst tri(3,6-dioxaheptyl) amine(TDA-1) was described.The effects of reaction time,temperature and catalyst content on the mentioned procedure were investigated.Further condensation between the corresponding intermediate and 2,4-dihydroxy acetylphenone in the mixture of boric acid,piperidine and diglyme to prepare isoliquiritin was conducted.The formation of the title compound was confirmed by IR and()~1H NMR studied,with a 27% yield of O-glycoside conjugate.
