紫光激发对ZnO纳米线氨气气敏性能的影响

摘    要:分析了ZnO基气体传感器在应用中存在灵敏度低、响应和恢复时间长的问题.以物理热蒸发法制备的ZnO纳米线为气敏基料,制作成旁热式气敏元件.采用紫光(波长为370~395 nm)激发,用静态配气法对浓度为100 mL/m3的氨气进行了气敏性能的测试.ZnO纳米线气敏元件对氨气检测的灵敏度提高了353%,响应时间和恢复时间分别缩短了4 s和1 s.

Effect of Violet Ray Radiation on NH3 Sensitivity of ZnO Nanowires

Abstract:In order to improve the sensitivity and response-reversion time of ZnO based gas sensor,heater type gas sensor of ZnO nanowires synthesized by thermal evaporation has been prepared.Under violet ray radiation(wave length:370~395 nm),the sensitivity of ZnO nanowires gas sensor has been measured by using static state distribution.The results reveal that under violet ray radiation,the sensitivity of ZnO nanowire gas sensor has been increased by 353% in NH3 atmosphere with a density of 100 mL/m3,the response-reversion time of ZnO nanowire sensor has been reduced to 4 s and 1 s respectively.With increasing of the violet ray strength,the sensitivity has increased remarkably.Therefore,violet ray radiation can evidently improve the sensitivity of ZnO nanowires and reduce the response-reversion time.
