聚醚砜增韧环氧树脂的结构与性能

摘    要:本文研究了聚醚砜(PES)增韧环氧树脂的微观结构和热-力学性能,分析了PES在环氧树脂基体中的增韧机理。PES增韧环氧树脂体系为两相结构,分散相PES呈不规则的变形颗粒分散在环氧树脂中。加入一定量PES可较大幅度地提高环氧树脂的韧性,而不降低环氧树脂的模量和耐热性。这种增韧作用是由PES与环氧树脂在固化过程中形成半互穿网络和压力下分散的PES微粒的变形所引起的。

STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF EPOXY RESIN TOUGHENED BY POLYETHER SULFONE
Abstract:The microstructure and thermo-mechanical properties of epoxy resin toughened by polyether sulfong (PES) were studied and the toughening mechanism of PES in epoxy resin was discussed. The PES-epoxy resin system was two phase structure. The irregular deformed PES particles were dispered in the epoxy resin matrix. The tougheness of epoxy resin was appreciably enhanced by adding some PES, in the meantime, the modulus and heat deformation temperature of epoxy resin was not decreased but increased. The toghening effect result from the SIPN of PES-epoxy system and the deformation of the dispersed PES particles in the epoxy resin matrix under high stress.
