基于虚拟样机的风机不平衡故障仿真研究

摘    要:在研究风机不平衡故障机理的基础上,借助虚拟样机技术,建立了某型号风机系统的虚拟样机模型,并对构造风机的不平衡故障进行多种工况下的仿真分析,给出了风机系统在正常和故障2种不同情况下的时域和频域分析图。仿真结果与理论分析一致,为虚拟样机在风机旋转机械故障诊断中的可行性应用提供了理论参考。

Abstract:First illustrates the reasons and characters of the fans unbalance, and then with the aid of ADAMS, creating the virtual prototype of some - type fan system and simulating under different working conditions. The result of the signal under normal and fault conditions both in the time and frequency domain are given. The validation was suggested by comparisons of the simulation and theory results. It provides reference for the applied feasibility of virtual - prototype based fault diagnose of rotary machines such as the fans.
