| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型的CPU类器件的EMP效应模拟试验方法，通过比较脉冲前后测量波形及CPU寄存器存数的变化，能够更科学地反映电磁脉冲对CPU类电路的影响，得到的结果客观、准确。
