| 摘 要： | 根据车牌图象的灰度特性选用一种线性，自适应算法对车牌图象进行增强处理，旨在去噪声，消模糊，同时保持良好的边缘．实验结果表明，增强后的二值化图象质量有明显的改进，说明这种算法是行之有效的．

| Abstract: | In order to inhibit the noise ,decrease the effect of blurring and protect the edge of thetargetimage ,in this paper ,we enhance the car - nu m ber images using a kind of nonlinear ,adaptivefilter according to the characteristic of its gray - scale . Experiments show that the quality of bina rized image enhanced by this method is has been significantly im proved ,and it proves that thismethod is practical and useful . |
