摘    要:为不影响轿车车门的使用,设计时会对车门下沉量设定设计目标.考虑几何和材料的非线性,搭建仿真分析模型,利用Abaqus的静态隐式求解方法完成某轿车车门下沉量的仿真和优化分析工作,保证该车前门的下沉性能.

Abstract:In order not to affect the use of car door, the car door sagging target should be set in the design phase. Considering the nonlinearity of the geometry and material, the finite element model is built, and the simulation and optimization of car door sagging target is performed by the static implicit method of Abaqus. The car door sagging performance is ensured.
