摘    要:卷管式铺管作业中绝大部分的焊接工作在陆地上完成,铺管速度快.该铺管方式是深海和超深海管道铺设的重要形式之一.卷管式铺管过程中,管道卷入卷筒时对张力有一定要求:张力较小,管道难以卷入;张力较大,管道有可能受到损害.采用Abaqus模拟管道卷入卷筒的过程,并分析管道张力对卷管的影响.分析结果对卷管式铺管的卷管过程具有参考价值.

Abstract:The welding work in Reel_Lay process is mainly fulfilled on land and so the laying method is efficient, which is one of the most important methods for deepwater and even ultra deepwater pipeline laying. During the Reel_Lay process, the pipe tension should be controlled in the certain field in the reeling course. If the tension is too small, it is hard to reel in the drum. But if the tension is too large, the pipe is easy to damage. The reeling process of pipe is simulated by Abaqus and the effect of tension on reeling is analyzed. The results can provide reference for the reeling process of Reel Lay.
