摘    要:通过非线性CAE分析软件Abaqus实现钣金结构的冲压和回弹过程,并将冲压结果映射到舱盖总成结构.考虑料厚减薄和残余应力对舱盖振动特性的影响,为提高分析精度提供参考.

Abstract:The stamping and spring back process of a sheet metal structure are simulated by no linear CAE software Abaqus. The residual stress and thickness are mapped to CAE model. The effect of material thickness thinning and residual stress on the vibration characteristics of engine hood is considered and the analysis precision can be increased.
