| 摘 要： | 针对某金属卡扣对接和插入连接的全过程进行数值仿真.仿真基于Abaqus/CAE开展,提取位移和应力等关键参数的响应.针对初始设计状态暴露的插入过程点-面接触问题,提出改进意见.

| Abstract: | The whole connection process of docking and inserting of a metal snap fit are numerically simulated. Based on Abaqus/CAE, the responses of the critical parameters such as displacement and stress are extracted. As to the point surface contact problem in the initial design, the improvement suggestion is proposed. |
