基于移动网络的气象实况服务实现

随着经济社会不断发展，气象实况服务在群众中生活作用日益凸显，准确快捷的提供气象实况信息可以辅助公众日常决策，为生活、出行等提供有益指导．目前国内大多数气象实况服务建立在Internet基础上，通过Ajax、Flex等技术手段为用户提供实时交互服务，国外已开展利用移动网络、结合语音识别等技术为用户提供更为便捷的服务．本文设计实现的基于移动网络的气象实况服务主要针对移动终端用户，在考虑气象部门服务模式的约束前提下，通过移动终端设备定位功能获取用户所在地的地理位置信息，找出临近自动气象站，获取临近位置的实况观测信息并快速返回给用户以实现实况服务．作为一种技术实现，本文的研究是Internet的一个有益补充，并在多个业务领域具有较好拓展性和指导意义．

Real-Time Meteorological Service Implementation Based on Mobile Network

With the continuous economic and social development, real time meteorological service has become more and more important in people's daily life. Accurate and efficient delivery of the weather information can assist in daily decision-making. At present, most of the real time meteorological service is established in the Internet based on Ajax, Flex and other techniques. Some foreign expert has carried out using mobile networks and voice recognition technology to provide more convenient services. This paper introduces a real time meteorological service implementation based on the mobile network for mobile end-user. Considering the constraints of the service mechanism of the meteorological department, this implementation is aimed to obtain the real time weather information of local weather station automatically by using the location function of mobile devices through request information. As a technical realization different from Internet, the work described in this paper can be used in other business areas.
