基于内聚力模型的界面破坏分析

摘    要:界面破坏是材料与结构失效的常见形式,准确分析模拟界面损伤演化和最终破坏对评估材料乃至结构性能至关重要.在简要介绍内聚力模型的基础上,用Abaqus中的内聚力单元分别对均质材料和非均质材料界面破坏过程进行模拟,数值结果与理论结果吻合良好,表明内聚力单元适用于材料界面破坏分析.

Abstract:The interfacial failure is a common failure mode of materials and structures. The accurate simulation on the damage evolution and the final failure of the interface is critical for the performance evaluation of materials and structures. Based on the brief introduction of cohesive zone model, the failure process of the interfaces within a homogeneous material and a nonhomogeneous material is analyzed using the cohesive elements in Abaqus. The numerical results are in good agreement with the analytical results, which indicates the feasibility of the cohesive zone model in the interfacial failure analysis of materials.
