海外上游油气新项目开拓思考与浅析

海外油气“走出去”战略实施以来已有26年。这26年来我们经历了油价如过山车一般的高低起伏,应该说有收获亦有教训。最大的成果便是形成了五大油气战略合作区,建立了具有战略意义的从北西南三个方向的重要油气管道。如何看待过去的得与失并非本文探讨的重点,结合本人国内油田五年的从业经历,以及海外上游油气新项目经济评价超过十年以上的实际工作经验,本文想就海外上游油气新项目开拓谈谈个人的思考与浅析,以供参考。

Thinking and Analyzing of Development of New Overseas Upstream Projects of Oil and Gas

It has been 26 years since the "going out" strategy of overseas oil and gas was implemented. We have experienced the ups and downs of oil prices like riding the roller coaster, and we got some lessons learned from it. The greatest achievement is the formation of five major strategic cooperation zones of oil and gas, and the establishment of three major strategic pipelines of oil and gas which are from three different directions including north, west and south. In this article, it will not focus on how to treat the gains and losses in the past. Combining my own five years of working experiences in domestic oilfields and over a decade practical working experiences in the economic evaluation of new overseas upstream projects of oil and gas, based on my personal thinking and analyzing, I would like to discuss the development of new offshore projects of oil and gas in this article.
