摘    要:为了适应市场汽车业及家电业对超低碳钢深冲性能的需求,拓展包钢产品的品种,提升包钢产品的质量,为后续投产的冷轧生产线开发试制超深冲用钢做技术储备,包钢稀土钢板材厂对深冲用钢DC04热轧原料进行开发与试制,该钢种通过加入合金元素Ti控制间隙原子含量,使钢质纯净,采用高温终轧与卷取的工艺,控制碳化物的析出与固溶,得到低屈服强度、低屈强比的深冲原料,满足下游工序要求。

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of automobile industry and home appliance industry for ultra low carbon steel deep drawing performance, expand the varieties and improve the quality of steel products, make technical reserves for development and trail production of ultra deep drawing steel in cold rolling production line, Inner Mongolia Rare Earth Steel Plate Co.of Baotou Steel is developing and trail producing hot rolling material of ultra deep drawing steel DC04.By adding alloying element Ti, the interstitial atom content can be controlled to make the steel pure.Using high temperature finish rolling and coiling process to control the precipitation and solid solution of carbides, the deep drawing raw materials with low yield strength and low yield ratio can be obtained to meet the requirements of the downstream process.
