Practice and Application of Q- HSE Conformity Management System in Petrochemical Enterprises

Quality, environment and occupational safety and health criterions were issued. They acted important roles to set up system of modern enterprises, improve products quality, save energy, reduce consumption and cost as well as improve market competition ability. A series of problems were brought out for running management of enterprises when three systems were set up individually at the same time. Signification of setting up Q-HSE conformity management system was summarized by it's establishment background. Framework of conformity management system was put forward combined with system establishment and running status of PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company.
