摘    要:自动电压控制(automatic voltage control,AVC)系统是现代电网运行中维持电压质量和经济性的重要手段.分析AVC 系统调控对广东电网静态电压稳定性的影响对于指导电网安全稳定运行具有重要的意义.文中建立了含二级电压控制作用的广东电网潮流计算和连续潮流计算模型,阐述了对连续潮流法的若干改进策略以提高其鲁棒性和计算速度.评估了正常运行状态和预想故障下 AVC 系统对广东电网静态电压稳定性的影响程度.结果表明:该系统能够提高广东电网的静态电压稳定裕度.文中研究可为广东电网运行中充分发挥 AVC 系统作用及维持静态电压稳定性提供参考

Abstract:Automatic voltage control(AVC) system is an important measure to maintain voltage quality and economic operation of modern power grids,thus it is of great significance for the guidance of secure and stable operation of Guangdong power grid to analyze the influences of control and regulation of AVC system on steady state voltage stability of the grid.A power flow computation model and a continuation power flow computation model,in which the action of secondary voltage control is involved,are built,and to speed up the calculation and improve the robustness several strategies to improve continuation power flow computation algorithm are expounded.The impacting extents of AVC system on steady state voltage stability of Guangdong power grid under normal operation conditions and anticipated faults are assessed.Assessment results show that the AVC system can improve the steady state voltage stability margin of Guangdong power grid and this conclusion is available for reference to fully play the role of the AVC system in Guangdong power grid and to maintain steady state voltage stability.
