二氧化氯氧化去除水中联苯胺类污染物的试验研究

摘    要:采用二氧化氯氧化处理联苯胺类污染物模拟废水。以水中联苯胺、邻联甲苯胺、邻联茴香胺及3,3’-二氯联苯胺为目标污染物,探讨了反应物化学计量比、溶液pH值及反应时间等因素对废水中COD和联苯胺类化合物去除率的影响,对氧化工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,最终的COD去除率均达到了60%,联苯胺类化合物去除率均超过了85%,说明二氧化氯氧化法能有效地去除水中联苯胺类化合物。

Abstract:Benzidines oxidation efficiency by chlorine dioxide in simulation wastewater was studied in this experiment.Effects of the stoichiometric ratio of chlorine dioxide and benzidines,the reaction pH and time on the removal ratio of COD and benzidines were discussed,with benzidine,o-tolidine,3.3’-dimethoxylbenzidine and 3.3’-dichlorobenzidine as target pollutants.The optimal oxidation process conditions were determined.The results showed that the oxidative methods of chlorine dioxide was very feasible and efficient for benzidines degradation.The removals of COD reached 60%,and the degradations of benzidines were more than 85%.
