摘    要:提出一种CCFF(Composite Ceramic Foam Filter,复合陶瓷泡沫过滤器)过滤净化模型,通过对A356废铝进行试验,除杂效果良好。对熔剂的涂覆方式和CCFF中的试验现象进行了分析。通过解释模型的机理,证明模型具有可用性。

Abstract:This paper put forward a filtration and purification model: CCFF(composite ceramic foam filter).By the experiments of scrap A356 aluminum,it was proofed that the CCFF performance of inclusion removing is fine.Also,the paper compared several approaches of the using of flux,and analyzed the experimental phenomena.Further more,through the explanation of the CCFF mechanism,we can conclude CCFF is practicable.
