| 摘 要： | 分析了中国在工程采购信息系统研究、开发和应用方面的不足,以及组建电子投标核心系统开发集团的组织保障作用。介绍了日本建设领域公共工程支持信息系统的组成、内容和功能及日本中央和地方政府在开发应用方面的计划安排。阐述了日本开发应用公共工程支持信息系统的借鉴意义。
