摘    要:以目前国内金属矿山采用的较为典型的两相流管道重力自流输送工艺为基础, 应用水力学方法并结合生产实际, 分析了充填浆体管道输送中发生故障的主要原因, 指出水击是造成输送管道爆裂、跑浆等事故的主要原因, 进而有针对性地提出了安全经济的输送措施, 建立了充填工艺改造时的管径和管路长度计算公式, 并通过实例验证了方案的可行性和良好的应用效果。

Abstract:Based on the gravity transport technology of two-phase flow in pipelines and by combining with field cases, the accidents in pipeline transport of filling slurry is analyzed hydraulically. It is pointed out that water impact is the key reason of pipe cracking, slurry ejection, etc. For this reason, some safe and economic transport measures are put forward and the formula for calculating rational pipe diameter and length is derived. The field test results show that the scheme is feasible and effective.
