| 摘 要： | 了解和分析了DY100型采煤机链轮工况条件,研究了链轮齿根圆径向跳动检测方式,对现有的偏摆仪进行改造,设计了1台DY100型采煤机链轮检测装置,把偏摆仪的一固定顶尖改造为分度头,利用其对链轮齿根圆进行分度的同时逐齿检测其径向跳动量。该装置结构简单,大大降低了DY100型采煤机链轮检测成本。

| Abstract: | The working conditions of chain wheel of DY100 type of coal mining machine were understood and analyzed,and detection methods of radial runout of root circle of the chain wheel were studied.Existing deflection instrument was carried on reforming,and a detection device of chain wheel of the DY100 type of coal mining machine was designed,one fixed centre of the deflection instrument was altered as dividing head.It was used to carry on dividing with root circle of the chain wheel and inspecting its radial play eccentricity tooth by tooth at the same time.This device has simple structure,reducing detection cost of chain wheel of the DY100 type of coal mining machine greatly. |
