摘    要:在钛宝石激光调谐范围(660~1200nm)BBO的Ⅰ类匹配角是36.0°~21.2°,已获得1.4mJ/脉冲以上紫外倍频输出,转换效率达26.2%以上。

Abstract:The phase match angles of type I in BBOaie 36.0-21.2 for Ti:Al2O3 tuning range of 660-1200 nm. The UV output energy of SHG of a tunable Ti: A12O3 laser of above 1.4 mJ/pulse, conversion efficiency of 26.2% have been obtained. An analysis shows that higher output energy and conversion efficiency are possible and BBO is better than KDP and LiIO2 for frequency doubling.
