摘    要:根据空调精确下送风的原理,建立了精确下送风单机柜实验台,并通过3个工况的实验分析了机柜进风速度对其出风温度的影响。实验结果表明:当机柜的进风速度约为1.0 m/s时,机柜上部出风温度比下部出风温度明显较高,随进风速度的增大,机柜上部出风温度与下部出风温度之间的差值逐渐减小;当机柜进风速度达到2.0 m/s时,机柜内部温度分布基本呈现下热上冷的现象;当机柜进风速度约为1.4 m/s时,机柜出风温度分布比较均匀,因此,建议机柜的进风速度在1.4 m/s左右为宜。

Abstract:According to the principle of accurate downside air supply, an experimental platform of single communication cabinet was established, and under three experimental conditions the influence Of the inlet velocity on outlet temperature in cabinet was analyzed. The results showed that: When the inlet velocity was about 1.0m/s, the top outlet temperature of the cabinet was much higher than the bottom; And the outlet temperature difference between the top and the bottom decreased as the inlet velocity increased. When the inlet velocity was 2.0m/s, the top outlet temperature was lower than the bottom. When the inlet velocity was about 1.4m/s, the outlet temperature distributed more evenly. Therefore, the inlet velocity of 1.4m/s was suggested.
