| 摘 要： | 在分析当前PDM系统中项目管理功能不足的基础上,针对制造企业产品设计过程的需求提出了PDM项目管理过程模型,运用基于扩展Petri网建模的新方法构建出了该项目管理过程模型,该模型的提出为制造企业采用项目管理模式组织设计生产提供了一种有效的软件实现方法。
