双余度LVDT位移传感器输出电压线性度研究

摘    要:同步LVDT具有结构简单、分辨率高、可靠性高等特点,因此广泛运用于航空、机械、铁路等领域。基于双余度LVDT的工作原理进行结构对其输出电压线性度的影响分析,主要运用Maxwell电磁仿真软件进行仿真验证。主要分析了铁芯结构以及其与骨架之间间隙大小、次级线圈绕线方式、导磁环厚度及位置等结构参数对输出电压的影响。为了更方便、更高效地对输出数据进行分析,结合运用了LabVIEW编写数据处理并显示的简单界面,为后期的结构参数寻优奠定了重要基础。

Abstract:With the characteristics of simple structure, high resolution and high reliability, so LVDT is widely used in aviation, machinery, railway and other fields. Based on the working principle of double redundancy LVDT, the influence of structure on the linearity of its output voltage is analyzed. The simulation is verified by Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software. The influence of the core structure and the size of the gap between the core and the skeleton, the winding mode of the secondary coil, the thickness and position of the magnetic flux ring on the output voltage are analyzed. In order to analyze the output data more conveniently and efficiently, this paper combines the simple interface of using LabVIEW to write data processing and display, which lays an important foundation for the optimization of structural parameters in the later stage.
