| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治工作坚持以人为本 ,遵循互动规律 ,既是思想政治工作的内在要求 ,也是加强思想政治工作学科建设 ,克服高校思想政治工作的弊端、增强高校思想政治工作的实效的迫切需要。为此 ,必须牢固树立以人为本的观念 ,科学把握互动规律 ,正确认识互动形式 ,恰当选择和创设互动载体。

| Abstract: | University's ideological and political work is supposed to stick to humanism to be in accordance with the interpersonal law,which is not only the intrinsic requirement of university's ideological and political work,but also the urgent need of enhancing its disciplinany construction.This is to rid its disadvantages and increase its effectiveness.Therefore,We must firmly establish the concept of humanism,scientificly master the interpersonal law,correctly recognize its formula,and then make the proper choice and produce the interpersonal carrier. |
